Product descriptions, prices, availability, and designs may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from Code 7. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been placed or sent into production.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, production delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order is shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help review the situation.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because Code 7 products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe listed in our Return & Refund Policy. We may request your order number, photos of the issue, and photos of the packaging in order to review the claim.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, images, product names, text, branding, slogans, and website layout, is owned by Code 7 or used with permission.
