At Code 7, each item is made to order through trusted production partners. This means your order is produced after it is placed, then packaged and shipped directly to you.
Processing & Production Time
Most orders are processed and sent into production shortly after purchase. Because items are made to order, production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and supplier availability.
Estimated production time is typically:
2–7 business days
This does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated U.S. shipping time:
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after fulfillment
Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order, location, and selected shipping method.
Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Because our products are made to order, items in the same order may sometimes ship separately. This can happen if products are fulfilled by different production partners or locations.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Code 7 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us with your order number so we can help review the situation.
Code 7 is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages caused by carrier issues, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

International Shipping
At this time, Code 7 primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, rates, delivery times, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.
