Return & Refund Policy
At Code 7, each item is made to order through trusted production partners. Because products are created specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item, packaging, and any visible defect or misprint
If the issue is verified, we will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Sizing Issues
Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Please review the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.
Order Cancellations
Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production, we will not be able to cancel it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can help look into it.
Code 7 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.
Final Sale Items
All made-to-order items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
